THE BE VERB IN SPANISH IS: SER O ESTAR...

I = Yo / Am = Soy o estoy

You = Tú / Are = Eres o estás

He = Él / Is = Es o está

She = Ella / Is = Es o está

It = Eso(a) / Is = Es o está

We = Nosotros(a) / Are = Somos o estamos

They = Ellos (a) / Are = Son o están
